Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by home baking – whether this was as a young child helping my mum and dad with their baking for school sales and local community events to current times when I come home from my day job as a school teacher and relax by carrying out some home baking.  This site is a collection of some of my work as an amateur home baker.  It is my hope that I’ll be able to share what I’ve baked with others, share skills and techniques and inspire others.
